Home Comfort, Inc. and Jellybeanrug.com reserve the right to modify or revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is strongly reccomended that all customers read and review these terms when making purchases from Jellybeanrug.com to avoid any confusion or disputes.

Order Policy

There is a $350.00 minimum on all opening orders.

Payment terms for opening orders are credit card only.
We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.

There is a $150.00 minimum on all reorders. Payment terms for reorders are credit card, or Net 30 (with approved credit only).

Returned Check Fee: $35.00

Under Minimum Order Fee: $25.00 (reorders only)

Return Policy

It is very important to us at Jellybean that you are completely satisfied with your rugs, and we have worked diligently to provide you with only the finest quality merchandise. However, we understand that there are times that problems arise and defects may be found.

Please inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives.  We will allow 10 business days after receipt of the shipment to make any claims of damage or defects. Please remember that your rugs are all hand made, and as such there will be natural variations between one rug and another.

If you do feel that a rug needs to be replaced, please contact our Sales and Service Team at: 770.452.1155

They will be glad to take the details of the complaint and issue a Return Authorization number and return label where appropriate.

Please DO NOT send back unauthorized returns as they will be refused.

Jellybean cannot be responsible for merchandise that has left your store with defects, so please be sure that your merchandise is not defective before putting it on the selling floor.
